At Cuyana, we believe in fewer, better things, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
